L'Oréal ranks in the top 5 most attractive employers

L'Oréal se classe dans le top 5 des employeurs les plus convoités

For the past 12 years, Universum, a firm specializing in employer branding, has compiled a ranking of the companies that business and engineering school students want to join. For the first time, a player in the cosmetics industry, L’Oréal, has managed to climb to fifth place in the ranking.

Every year, Universum surveys business and engineering students worldwide. The objective is to find out which employers they would like to work for and why. This ranking is very important to companies because it is a vector of attractiveness. 221,807 business, IT and engineering students from around the world were surveyed between May 2020 and September 2021.

The results
In the top spots are:
• Google
• Microsoft
• Apple
• Deloitte
• L’Oréal Group

Last year, the L’Oréal Group was in 10th place in the same ranking. Procter&Gamble (#18) and Unilever (#20) are also included.

L’Oréal was pleased with this good result. “We are very honored to join the Top 5 of the Universum ranking and to be the best rated multinational company in the EU. L’Oréal has always taken care to provide an optimal working environment for its young employees at the beginning of their career. And in the current pandemic context, this attention is more important than ever.
