Very trendy, these make-up removing, toning or exfoliating discs are undoubtedly the easiest and quickest way to remove your make-up or to get a new skin… They even exist today in green version!

They’re called disks, pucks, pads or compresses (whichever word we prefer, the shorter) and they’re all the rage!
In the wake of the Quickies™ (their ancestor) that bore their name so well, you can still find these handy on-the-go eye makeup remover discs at Mavala to remove any trace of “normal” or water-resistant makeup (Eye Makeup Remover Discs, 75 discs, €11.40), or Demak’Up Sensitive (Optimal Tolerance Eye Makeup Remover Discs, 30 impregnated cotton pads, €2.69).
But the newest ones are exfoliating or toning, based on enzymes, AHA or vitamin C.

Exfoliating pads

Among the softest and greenest, those of LimeLife by Alcone (Glowing Green, Tonic Exfoliating Pads with lactic acid and witch hazel, 15 pads, €38).
These pre-soaked discs gently cleanse, exfoliate and tone without drying or harshening the skin. Use two to three times a week for a radiant skin effect and a reduction of imperfections and redness.
