Today, it's more of a news post than a mood post because I want to talk to you about an issue that is now coming back with some insistence and that has to do with fat management. My first alert on this subject was a few years ago, in the early 2000s, if I remember correctly. Apparently, this concept has now become a reality.

The reason I am making this reminder is not to welcome the vista of my observations, but to emphasize the need to manage the time . Indeed, in this world where everything has become"immediate" and TTU (very very urgent), there are still quite a few things for which time is an essential component.

But let us recall the facts in a few sentences.
