The F1 Academy is a Formula 1 project conceived by Susie Wolf. Its aim is to train and prepare female drivers and help them progress to higher levels of competition.

“Enabling everyone to have self-confidence has always been my passion and my goal: a vision shared by Susie Wolff and the F1 Academy. My brand was created for everyone, and as its founder, I’m delighted that we’re the very first beauty brand to support these remarkable drivers,” said Charlotte Tilbury. “Motorsport is followed by many women and the F1 Academy drivers are already increasing representation and diversity in the sport. Through this partnership, we will use our global platform to promote this new generation of intrepid young drivers and open up the traditionally male-dominated world of motorsport to even more talented young women. This partnership celebrates the strength, determination and undeniable power of female excellence. It’s about having a winning spirit and daring to dream.”

15 drivers aged 15 to 25 will take part in the 2024 F1 Academy season. For the occasion, the Rodin Motorsport car will be decorated in the colors of the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
French racer Lola Lovinfosse, 18, will be on board.
