“Over the last 22 months, during this complicated and anxiety-provoking period in which we went from confinements to waves of contamination, from delta to omicron, the cosmetics industry has been able to resist and to recover,” said Marc-Antoine Jamet. “However, this is not the time for triumphalism. We must continue to face the challenges facing our industry.”

Cosmetic Valley intends to:
• Strengthen the autonomy of the sector in each of its components
• Register its actions at the community level
To achieve this, the cluster has opened a branch in Brussels. “This branch will allow us to consolidate our relations with the European authorities, to represent the French cosmetics industry in Europe, to accompany French actors towards European funding programs and support for economic development.”

But these projects are not the only ones on the Cosmetic Valley’s roadmap. The cluster wishes to continue the work (already started) to help its members to move towards more transparency, to promote short circuits, to develop effective CSR policies and to boost the French Beauty Tech.
