Heinz Glas launches a collection of glass bottles with super powers

The Luxe Pack Monaco trade show is one of the most important events in the industry. And as it is customary to see things in a big way for this event, the glassmaker did not deviate from the rule. The company presented three bottles, classic in appearance, with different protective properties (for the cosmetic formula and the consumer).

“No one can see it, but we help our customers protect their products. The protective screens in our Invisible line minimize the dangers of UV rays, bacteria/viruses and provide protection against counterfeiting.” explains the company

Invisible Identification
“An important step in product security has been taken with Taillorlux: Invisible Identification provides the bottle with an optical fingerprint for protection and proof of material and product integrity.”

Invisible Carecoating
This bottle addresses contemporary issues related to health and bacterial contamination. Heinz Glas, in collaboration with the paint manufacturer Weil-Burger, has developed a bottle with an antibacterial coating. Microbes deposited on the surface are eliminated. “This bottle is also effective against the coronavirus.”

Invisible UV Protection
This bottle protects the contents with a sprayed-on, completely transparent UV protection coating. Light-sensitive ingredients retain their properties and are durably protected.
This collection can be adapted to the needs of each customer. However, the different protections are not compatible with each other, so it is not possible to juxtapose them on the same bottle.
