REGULATORY AND REGISTRATION OFFICER - EISENBERG Paris

EISENBERG is a luxury cosmetics, perfume and make-up brand. Inspired by science and nature, it offers innovative skincare and anti-aging expertise. The position will be based at the company’s headquarters in Monaco. You will work under the responsibility and in close collaboration with the Product & Training Director and the Product & Training Manager.

To support the growth of its international activity, the EISENBERG Paris brand is looking for a :

REGULATORY AFFAIRS AND REGISTRATION OFFICER

Within the Design & Development department, you will be in charge of all projects related to Regulatory Affairs and Registrations.

Registrations

. Take charge of registration files for non-EU countries according to local regulations and according to the instructions of the distributors of the countries concerned.
. Interface with distributors on registration issues.
. Maintain a follow-up of the products registered in the different countries, maintain the list of registrations obtained abroad and file the associated certificates.
. Follow up on the expiry dates of registration files to send the necessary elements for their renewal within the deadlines, keep a dashboard of registration applications.
. Gather data from relevant company departments and external organizations, format documents and files according to local requirements.

Regulatory Files

. Follow-up and implementation of cosmetic files in conjunction with service providers and suppliers.
. Electronic notification of cosmetic products and/or declaration to competent authorities.
. Regulatory and legislative watch applicable to the field of cosmetics.
. Technical and cosmetic monitoring of ingredients and formulations of existing products or those under development, in conjunction with suppliers and service providers.

Product Development

. Analysis of technical documents relating to products, ingredients and active ingredients.
. Follow-up of product development and/or modification projects, in relation with suppliers and service providers: formulations, safety tests, effectiveness tests, technical and regulatory documentation.
. Follow-up and exchanges with service providers and suppliers.
. Follow-up and exchanges with the employees of the other departments concerned by the projects in progress.

Profile required

. Solid experience in international registrations
. Rigor, flexibility, reactivity
. English read, written and spoken

Date when the position must be filled : as soon as possible
Type and duration of contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, convertible into a permanent contract
