Is a major player in the field of software dedicated to formulation laboratories cosmetic. A human-sized company in strong expansion in France and abroad, Coptis is looking for today a Customer Support Manager to strengthen the technical team and assist the international users.
Coptis is looking for a:

CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER-CDI

Missions

You are part of the support team and as such:
- You receive and respond to calls, emails or instant messages clients, in French or English
- You perform tests on versions of software developed in-house
- You participate in the implementation of new customers: configuration of the databases of data, sending installation information, installation assistance.

Profile

We are looking for a person with at least 1 year of experience in a laboratory cosmetics, in Formulation or Regulation.
We will provide training on the IT aspect of the position.

  • Bac +2 / 3 scientific (chemistry / biochemistry…)
  • Computer literacy and interest in this field. Knowledge of Coptis Lab software would be a plus
  • Business English required
  • Spanish would be a plus to join the team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized, you demonstrate autonomy, rigour and initiative.
