Capsum, a key innovative sub-contractor in the cosmetics industry, is opening a position of Digital Communication Manager m/f.
Reporting to the Communication Manager, you will be in charge of creating content to feed the following campaigns and different communication platforms used by Capsum. Enhance the image of the company, its technologies, its offer products, its values, both internally and externally, are at the heart of your missions. One of the major objectives is to boost the visibility and image of Capsum in the USA, you must be bilingual in US English.


  • Graduate in communication, you have at least 3 years of experience in the field of communication. years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Your excellent command of US English allows you to writing content that combines style and subtlety.
  • Passionate about digital, you have a good command of the codes of main social networks and participated in the creation of and the animation of digital campaigns (native/sponsored).
  • SEM, SEO, SEA or SMO have no secret for you!
  • Good mastery of photo/video design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere…), design of content, and office automation.
  • Passionate about beauty, you know the codes and the issues of the cosmetics industry.
  • Proactive and creative, you are the driving force behind the proposal. actions and supports.
  • Aesthete, you like quality campaigns: you will know feed the Capsum style.


  • Creation of content (design-writing) for the purposes of external communication (social networks, website, collections…) and in-house.
  • Community management: network animation creation of digital campaigns along social axes, creation of digital campaigns along of the communication strategy, monitoring their impact, sponsoring and lead generation. Monitoring and creation of content to accompany team members in their communication on LinkedIn.
  • Participation in the creation of photo / video content to support Capsum communication and key customer launches.
  • Updating and expanding presentation tools corporate: presentations, CSR report, corporate file, etc. press, picture objects…


  • Bilingual US English (with subtlety “for sure!”)
  • Digital and social media skills
  • Good knowledge of the cosmetic field


  • Taking up a post: asap (“for tomorrow” in Capsumian)
