MANUFACTURING OPERATOR

Capsum, a key innovative subcontractor in the cosmetics industry, is opening several Manufacturing Operator positions m/f: we are looking for strengthen our production teams to handle the increase in activity.

On your arrival, you will integrate our internal training course within our industrialization department. You will thus increase your skills on our very specific manufacturing processes and methods. In order to facilitate your integration into your future team, you will be able to will progressively take part in manufacturing operations in parallel to this training course, before joining them full-time once they have completed their training. operational.

YOU

  • Holder of a diploma of Technician in Chemistry, in Industry Pharmaceutical… you have a minimum of 3 years. experience in an equivalent position gained in industry chemical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic

YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS

  • Start, supervise, carry out the first interventions, shut down and clean bulk manufacturing modules on each platform according to the procedures in force.
  • Ensure uninterrupted monitoring of the bulk manufacturing. During breaks, ensure a smooth running with his colleagues.
  • To be a guarantor of the quality of its products.
  • To follow the traceability of MPs, semi-finished and finished products by respecting the FIFO and carrying out the necessary identifications according to the procedures in force.
  • Carry out metrological checks of the equipment before use in production according to the procedures in force (scale control, temperature sensor…).
  • Weighing and manufacturing cosmetic products in compliance with the established operating procedures and good practices.
  • Provide information on existing documents where necessary (by example for cleaning dies).
  • Evacuate the semi-finished products in accordance with the defined DLU and in respecting the environmental rules in force.
  • Daily cleaning, tidying and tidying up of his work and production tools (equipment, containers, etc.).
  • Evacuate and sort waste.
  • Respect the rules applicable in the company in terms of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Position taken: ASAP (“for tomorrow” in Capsumian!)
  • Work rhythm : 2x8 (6h-14h/14h-22h) in one shift every other week.
  • Location : Marseille (13013).
