Following the success of the first editions in 2010 and 2012, PASS cluster (Perfumes, Flavours, Fragrances and Scents) will organize in november 2014 a new session of the international conference "Advances in natural products analysis". This scientific event presents the opportunity to highlight the latest advances in analytical methods related to natural products for flavour, fragrance and cosmetic industries.

During the last decade, spectacular progress was accomplished in the field of natural products analysis concerning isolation, separation techniques or chemical structure determinations. This offers new perspectives for a better understanding of biological activities of complex natural mixtures used in flavour, fragrance and cosmetic industries, including their sensory and toxicological properties.
The international scientific conference "Advances in natural products analysis" brings together some of leading experts in natural products analysis in Grasse, the true world cradle for perfumery.
