Garnier: one more step towards eco-responsibility

For the past six months, most players in the beauty industry have been multiplying their actions in favor of nature. The prevailing sanitary climate has a lot to do with it. And on the environmental issue, Garnier, the jewel in the crown of the L’Oréal stable, is not to be outdone. On September 16, the brand unveiled its latest commitments in this area.

The L’Oréal group has been multiplying its eco-friendly measures for several years now.
With Garnier, the cosmetics elephant has decided to speed up its transition to more naturalness.
The brand has just launched the “Green Beauty Initiative”, a plan to reduce its ecological impact.

“Sustainability has always been at the heart of Garnier’s actions; with more natural formulas, using fair trade ingredients, and even being the first to offer certified organic skincare on the consumer market. We want to go further, and the Green Beauty Initiative is the answer,” explains Adrien Koskas, President Global Brand of Garnier. It’s a way to unite our efforts in terms of sustainable development. It’s a holistic, end-to-end approach. Beyond the product, The Green Beauty Initiative will impact every aspect of our business… and transform Garnier. This project unites us in our desire to build a healthier future. The announcement of this new strategy did not come about by chance.
