The cosmetics brand has just obtained the “confirmed” grade of the Engagé RSE label issued by AFNOR. This level of certification rewards the integration and implementation of corporate social responsibility issues within the company’s development and innovation strategy.
Patyka continues to make its way towards sustainability. After being certified as a “Company with a Mission” in 2020, the brand has now obtained the third level (out of four) of the label issued by AFNOR. Patyka explains that the evaluators, in their report, have highlighted some strong points of the CSR policy conducted by Patyka, such as:
• The involvement of all employees in the CSR approach
• The management of skills, recruitment and training
• The responsible marketing practices
“Obtaining the AFNOR CSR certification at the ‘confirmed’ level is an additional step that underlines both the seriousness of our approach and the ambition we have in the coming years in terms of impact to promote actions in favor of climate, inclusiveness and social responsibility,” said Pierre Juhen, co-founder of Patyka.
