To further reduce the environmental and social impact of its entire value chain, the cosmetics brand is unveiling a series of concrete actions. According to Yves Rocher, Act Beautiful “embodies the company’s mission: to reveal, protect and transmit the power of plants”.

Yves Rocher has just unveiled its new sustainable roadmap.

It is structured around ten concrete measures:
• French, effective plant-based cosmetics
• More natural formulas limiting the use of controversial ingredients
• New beauty gestures to reduce plastic
• Certified organic and agroecologically grown plants
• More sustainable sourcing of botanical ingredients
• A cosmetics industry that uses less energy and water
• Employees who take action for nature
• Greater support for the actions of the Yves Rocher Foundation
• Collective actions to green everyday life

“As leaders in sustainable beauty, we have a responsibility to redefine the standards of our industry to reconcile beauty with the urgent need to care for the planet. This is the ambition at the heart of Act Beautiful, our call for collective mobilization, which I am very proud to unveil today. With this program of ten concrete commitments, Yves Rocher undertakes to mobilize the entire industry for more sustainable production, and to accompany its consumers and employees towards new, more responsible rituals and practices,” declared Alexandra Ferré, Director of Impact & CSR at Yves Rocher.
