At the Cosmetic Valley’s 22nd Congress on Regulatory Issues - Fragrance & Cosmetics, Xavier Guéant, Legal, Economic and International Director of the FEBEA, set out to clarify the obligations arising from the European General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
