On 17 June 2021, the European Commission published two corrigenda, to correct the entry numbers, on the one hand of Titanium dioxide in the form of powder containing 1% or more of particles of aerodynamic diameter ≤ 10 μm, in Annex III to the Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009, on the other hand of Titanium dioxide in Annex VI to CLP Regulation 1272/2008.
The first corrigendum, made to Regulation 2021/850 of 26 May 2021, specifies the entry number of Titanium dioxide in the form of powder containing 1% or more of particles of aerodynamic diameter ≤ 10 μm in Annex III to Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009, which is therefore: 321.

The second corrigendum to the Delegated Regulation 2020/217 of 4 October 2019 corrects an error in the entry for Titanium Dioxide in Annex VI to the CLP Regulation 1272/2008, which becomes: 022-006-00-2.
