The French family-owned industrial group has just purchased a stake in Canadian company APR Beauty, specialized in the turnkey manufacture of make-up and skincare products. The aim of this operation is to strengthen its position in North America.
“Founded in 2019 and based in Toronto, APR Beauty offers a range of high value-added services in formulation, manufacturing and packaging. It specializes in turnkey services and masters a wide range of technologies such as powders, hot-casting, emulsions and gels,” explains Anjac Health & Beauty.
With the acquisition of APR Beauty, Anjac Health & Beauty forecasts sales of almost 800 million euros in 2024 (including 40 million euros for APR Beauty).
