The PI2M plan aims to develop knowledge of the cosmetopoeia of Mauritius and encourage the emergence of sustainable industries. As part of France 2030, 1.5 million euros in financial support has been granted by the French government to enable the program to move forward.
“This project represents a tremendous opportunity for the development and influence of the French overseas territories. I’m delighted by the collective mobilization of the Maoran players on the PI2M project and the positive energy it has generated. By developing knowledge of the local cosmetopoeia and accelerating the establishment of sustainable industries with ‘made in France’ quality and standards, the department will be able to accelerate its growth and strengthen its international appeal,” declared Christophe Masson, Managing Director of Cosmetic Valley.
