As part of its CSR policy, the Coty Group has just changed the rules concerning the leave to which young parents are entitled. The company is committed to offering a minimum of 14 weeks “rest” to all its employees, regardless of gender.
Taking care of others, including its workforce, is one of the social commitments of the cosmetics major player.
“As part of our commitment to the”People” pillar, we are extending our parental leave policy without distinction as to gender. We are setting a global minimum of 14 weeks fully paid leave for all employees,“ explains the company.
This standard will be gradually introduced in all countries where the Group operates by the end of 2024.
