Laboratoires Expanscience, certified B-Corp, has just announced its new action plan for 2030. This time, the company not only wishes to have a positive impact on nature, but also to contribute to the regeneration of living organisms.
impACT’s strategy is built around three pillars:
• Preserving resources
• Leaving as little impact as possible on ecosystems
• Restoring
To achieve this, Expanscience intends to recover 100% of its waste at its site in Eure-et-Loir and by 2030, reduce its GHG emissions by 40%, use 100% renewable energy and eco-design its new buildings.
While this program aims to combat climate change (by achieving carbon neutrality, ethical sourcing, etc.), it also places the well-being of Laboratoires Expanscience employees at the heart of its challenges.
By 2025, the company is committed to ensuring that each employee has the tools to build his or her own career path and has the opportunity to devote part of his or her working time to sustainable projects (or to non-profit activities). Expanscience promises to develop a more flexible work environment and to reinvent its management methods. Expanscience also intends to develop a strategy, by 2025, to ensure well-being at work.
