It is in the name of"non-compliance and significant shortcomings" that the ANSM has just sent the company EXPERTOX, whose trade name is"CERTl +" an injunction to bring its cosmetic activity into conformity.
Following the regularisation of the situation, this injunction was lifted on 10 May 2017.
This injunction, dated June 22, 2015, follows an inspection by the ANSM carried out at the premises of the company EXPERTOX on February 18.
The facts complained of
EXPERTOX, under the name of"CERTI +", is the person responsible for placing cosmetic products on the market, and as such the following non-conformities have been noted:
(a) the absence of a detailed quantitative/qualitative formula in accordance with Article 10.1 and Annex 1 Part A of Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009; (
b) the stability study of the product under the preincomplete and the absence of a compatibility study in accordance with Articles 10 and 11 and Annex 1 Part A.2 Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009.
In addition, EXPERTOX is in charge of evaluating the safety of cosmetic products on behalf of various principals. Therefore, as the person responsible for the placing on the market for"CERTI +", and as the product safety assessor for EXPERTOX, the following shortcomings in the cosmetic product information dossiers have been identified:
