The Pierre Fabre Group announces the arrival of Maud Vimeux as Deputy Managing Director in charge of Human Resources Worldwide. In this capacity, Maud Vimeux joins the Group’s Management Committee and reports to Eric Ducournau, Chief Executive Officer.
As a member of the Management Committee, and in line with the Transformation plan undertaken by Pierre Fabre over the last three years, Maud Vimeux will bring her experience in the development and management of human resources acquired in France and internationally within the Danone and Banque Postale groups.
Its roadmap will be structured around the following six major axes:
• To support the management of change arising from the Transformation plan and to contribute to the reflection on the strategic directions to be taken at the end of the plan
• To develop the Group’s employer image and recruit the best talent to support the company’s development and its growing internationalisation
• To support management in developing skills and making the commitment of employees a lever for development and performance
• To pursue an ambitious policy on equality, training, inclusion and diversity
• To cultivate the quality of social dialogue at all levels of the company
• To continue to simplify and digitalise HR processes and adapt the organisation of human resources to the company’s ambitions
