Question – AGEC law – Green Dot

Can you confirm the list of European countries in which the Green Dot logo is still compulsory to date?

Today, the Green Dot is still compulsory in Spain and Cyprus. It is no longer obligatory in Greece and Portugal and Spain is thinking of making it no longer obligatory, but this has not been confirmed to date.

As regards the Triman logo: is it recognised in other countries? How to affix the new sorting instructions? Does it have to be on the packaging? On a remote support? Does it also apply to samples?
