At the Cosmetic Valley Perfumes & Cosmetics Congress held on 8 and 9 November 2023, representatives of the DGCCRF answered a large number of practical questions from delegates, firstly immediately after their presentation, and then in writing for questions that could not be asked due to lack of time. Transfer of ANSM’s responsibilities
Question – GMPs certification/span>
As part of the transfer of powers from the ANSM to the DGCCRF, and with regard to the GMP certification project, what about the current GMP certificate issued by the ANSM? Will the DGCCRF be taking over? And when? What will the fee be?
The DGCCRF’s answer
The ANSM will continue to issue GMP certificates for export in 2024. The DGCCRF will take over this activity on 1ᵉʳ January 2025. For professionals, initial or three-year renewal applications will need to be sent before 30 October 2024 at the latest in order to issue the certificates before the change in supervision. As far as the price is concerned, the draft Decree governing this change of governance for export certificates no longer provides for the collection of a fee by the State.
