Good news for the French supplier of vegetable squalane. The company has just completed a major financing round which will enable it to accelerate its development and double its production capacity.
“We have finalized a €20 million round of financing to accelerate the company’s growth, with the aim of expanding from a small business to an ETI. As the exclusive shareholder of this round of financing among the financial partners, Smalt Capital reiterates its confidence in this company, which it has been supporting since 2014 and whose values it shares,” explains Sophim. “This collaboration of almost ten years illustrates the positioning of long-term and local investor that characterizes the management company. As a committed investor fully involved in the economic and social development of its region, Smalt Capital is convinced that the companies that, like us, take ESG criteria into account in their development strategy are those that will enjoy the best growth prospects.”
