Clarins is aiming to reinvent the consumer shopping experience with its new application.
In this new space, users will be able to pay in a single step (having first filled in their payment and delivery details). But that’s not all: Clarins is using algorithms to offer personalised promotions tailored to users’ preferences and buying behaviour, available exclusively via the app. Consumers will also have access to a barcode scanner. This will give them access to more information when they shop in-store.

“In addition to the technological innovations, users can benefit from three free samples with every order, free delivery on purchases of £50 or more, and personalised online support,” explains the brand. “Customers can collect points for full-size products and discount vouchers through the Clarins Club loyalty programme. Additional features such as virtual fitting, online beauty consultations and product search tools provide an interactive experience. With this application, we reaffirm our commitment to combining innovation and customer service, setting a new standard in digital beauty services.”
