“We believe that the future of beauty will be physical, digital and virtual,” said Asmita Dubey, L’Oréal’s General Manager of Digital and Marketing. “Our brands are creating new immersive experiences. We are very excited to lay the foundation for tomorrow’s beauty in the Web3 and Metaverse ecosystem.”

For her part, Camille Kroely, General Manager of Metaverse3 at L’Oréal Group, explains that “this partnership allows us to better understand consumers’ appetite for virtual beauty and to enrich their beauty experiences. With over three billion gamers on the planet, our approach is to explore new beauty codes, while making the experience more accessible and inclusive. Through L’Oréal’s creativity, technology and expertise, we aim to provide a space for personal expression that reflects the diversity of our world, beyond the ‘physical’.”

All the looks designed by L’Oréal teams have been created in collaboration with professional makeup artists and hairstylists.
Internet users can enjoy them right now on Ready Player Me.
