The BB Cream opened the way to a new category of “all-in-one” complexion products with medium coverage, smoothing, moisturizing and above all UV protection, even if today there are all kinds. Erborian was one of the first to offer one, back in 2009.

The new formula 2023 (BB Cream with Ginseng SPF 20, 15 ml, €20.90, or 40 ml, €41.50, five shades) has been “cleaned”, but the benefits are unchanged and the mythical “baby skin” effect that Korean women (and women around the world) are so fond of is still there!
Thus, there are no more sun filters in the form of nanoparticles or Phenoxyethanol (it has been replaced by Ethylhexylglycerin).

On the other hand, we find the same active ingredients that made its success: white ginseng (6 years old), plant extracts (wild yam, kigelia, giant horsetail, liquorice), glycerin to help smooth the skin and sun filters.

The formula is also completely vegan (there are no ingredients of animal origin).
The packaging is also eco-responsible (FSC-certified paper case, no plastic lamination, continuous improvement of the recyclability of the plastic tube).
This renovation marks a turning point for the Korean brand, which will be followed soon by other reformulations.
