L'Occitane en Provence's hair care line gets a makeover

New research, new formulas, new eco-refillable packs… L’Occitane combines the powerful organic powers of essential oils with specific skincare ingredients in complete collections of shampoos, conditioners and targeted treatments that strengthen roots and beautify lengths.

Balance and Softness, Intense Repair, Purifying Freshness, Protection & Soothing, Anti-Hair Loss… L’Occitane’s new hair ranges respond to different needs, but all combine the benefits of essential oils with active ingredients adapted to the specific skin of the scalp.

The scalp differs from the rest of the skin. Its naturally moister and oilier environment makes its barrier function and microbiota more fragile and more easily disturbed, which can trigger inflammation, discomfort, dandruff and even premature hair loss.

For the Equilibre et Douceur line (for all hair and scalp types, even uncomfortable ones), the Provencal brand combines soothing Lavender essential oil with a prebiotic that moisturises the scalp and rebalances the microbiota (Solid Shampoo, 60 g, €14; Liquid Shampoo, 300 ml, €24, 500 ml, €35 or 75 ml, €7.50; 500 ml ecorecharge, €30).

For the Protection & Soothing Scalp Night Serum (50 ml, €36), essential oil of Lavender is combined with niacinamide, which moisturises and strengthens the skin barrier.
The results: less itching, stronger, shinier, healthier-looking hair.

In the new Anti-Hair Loss Serum (50 ml, €36), anti-hair loss rosemary essential oil is combined with a complex of plant-derived ingredients.
