Dated 10 July 2013, two Regulations have been released in the Official Journal of the European Union. The first one deals with the ommon criteria for the justification of claims used in relation to cosmetic products, while the second document is an up-date of the Annex II (List of substances prohobited in cosmetic products) and of the Annex III (List of substances which cosmetic products must not contain except subject to the restrictions laid down) of the Cosmetics Regulation.
