Indeed, the Ivorian Customs Directorate has decided to grant a “90 % allowance” granted “on an exceptional basis” “on customs deposit costs” incurred by containers of all imported goods, in particular cosmetics, admitted to the container terminal and customs clearance areas before 1 April 2019.
