• When period after opening (POA) is indicated in the cosmetics, expiration date before opening and production date should also be displayed in the package or container.
• Selling of cosmetics with expired expiration date before opening or use-by date is banned. Violation of this Act is subject to imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine of not more than 30,000,000 Korean Won.
