Which French companies have a good image and make people want to join them? To find out, Eight Advisory commissioned IFOP to conduct an opinion poll. In the end, 50 companies stood out and five of them are related to the beauty sector. Here are the results.
The survey was conducted between September 21 and 28, 2022 with a sample of 3011 people (by self-administered questionnaire). To carry out this ranking, 77 companies (all sectors combined) were rated by the respondents according to six criteria:
• Performance
• Environmental responsibility
• Innovation
• Status
• Day-to-day usefulness
• Employer brand
The ranking
In the Top 10, we find Yves Rocher (which lost two places compared to last year), the only cosmetics brand,

• EDF
• Yves Rocher
• Michelin
• Citroën
• Airbus
Other companies belonging to the beauty industry include L’Oréal (#14 and falling four places), Christian Dior (#26), Chanel (#28), Sephora (#36) and Hermès (#50).
It should be noted that Yves Rocher managed to climb to third place in the ranking established by women and by those under 35.
