Climate issues are at the heart of industrialists’ concerns. Aware of the impact of its activity on the environment, the Arcade Beauty group intends to limit its carbon footprint and reveals a little more about its commitments in favor of the environment.
Arcade Beauty intends to reduce its CO2 emissions by 3000 tons by the end of the year.
To achieve this, the company will better manage the energy it uses, optimize its processes with its partners and continue to develop its eco-design policy (4Rs policy: reduce, recycle, renew, reuse).
“Recyclable paper and monoresin bags allow CO2 savings of 58% for paper and 32% for monoresin”, illustrates Arcade Beauty. “The use of recyclable secondary packaging allows a CO2 saving of 80% for paper and 74% for monoresin.”
Arcade Beauty is working on the ISCC+ certification of its factories to promote the use of chemically recycled plastics (PE and PP in particular).
