In its “Beauty That Lasts” dossier, the company points to a number of achievements.

In addition to having reduced air freight emissions by 65% (compared to 2019) thanks to the optimisation of logistics, the group has joined the Ellen MacArthur Foundation as a member of the network, pledging to reduce the use of virgin plastic by 60% by 2030 and to improve the transparency of packaging.

On the theme of water efficiency, Coty intends to reduce water consumption by 25% by 2030 (compared with 2019). The company is also committed to ensuring that its factories and distribution centres are 100% powered by renewable electricity.

“As we celebrate our 120th anniversary, we are immensely proud of our achievements in sustainability and innovation. Sustainability remains at the heart of Coty’s success as we continue to make progress in areas that are critical to the future of beauty,” said Sue Nabi, CEO of Coty.
