Universum surveyed more than one million young job seekers (business and engineering graduates) worldwide to find out which companies they would like to join.

In the Top 5 are:
• Apple
• Google
• Microsoft
• Amazon
• L’Oréal Group
L’Oréal thus maintains the same position as last year.
In 2020, the company was ranked tenth.

“We are very honored to be ranked so highly in the Universum ranking. Our corporate culture, where the human element has always been our compass, resonates with the aspirations of young people who want to develop and express themselves in an inclusive environment that values the entrepreneurial spirit while making an impact on the world. At L’Oréal, everyone contributes to a common and unique adventure, that of creating beauty that moves the world forward,” said Michael Kienle, Vice President of Recruitment for L’Oréal Groupe.
