Lush tests the beauty vending machine

What if automated sales were the future? Far from wanting to close its physical stores, the English fresh cosmetics brand wanted to try a new distribution format.
“By using these machines, we are able to surprise and delight with a micro-store open to the public 24 hours a day. It is a theater that never sleeps, a living glow in motion.”

For Lush, this experience also allows them to offer their products to a larger number of people without the operational impact of a full store. The offer will be regularly modified in order to create surprise and to seduce the recurrent passers-by.
