Located in Souffelweyersheim, only 15 minutes from Phytodia’s headquarters, the A.S.C.A. soap factory has been developing organic cosmetic products (soaps, serums and oils) since 2016, marketed under the brand name L’esperluète.
As part of this acquisition, Phytodia is integrating the two employees of A.S.C.A., as well as all its production tools (machines, equipment) and noble raw materials. Phytodia also acquires A.S.C.A.’s expertise in cold saponification and its manufacturing processes.
Phytodia now has three consumer brands and intends to develop its offer with the launch of new products between now and 2023, particularly in the hygiene segment with new references for soaps, shampoos, etc.

“Despite the crisis, we were able to invest and take the risk of seizing an opportunity that made sense for us. This strategy has paid off and we will continue to be proactive and attentive to the market in order to maintain our sustained rate of growth,” comments Régis Saladin, founder and Director of Phytodia.
The company, which has just exceeded €1 million in turnover, expects to grow by 25% in 2021 and is aiming for €1.5 million in turnover by 2022.
