Quality Service Engineer/Pharmacist (M/F) - CDD - PURESSENTIEL

In order to accompany us in our development, we are looking for:

A Quality Service Engineer/Pharmacist (M/F) on a temporary contract

MISSION

Within the Quality department, in the Regulatory, Safety and Product Quality department (RSQ),

Your main activities are the following:
- Define the control plans and ensure their follow-up, until the release of the products
- Follow and manage the customer complaint process
- Lead the continuous improvement process
- Follow up on Quality with the different partners: Suppliers, SST and logistics platform
- Deploy the QMS in accordance with the Puressentiel Quality Charter, the certification reference(s) (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP cosmetics etc.) and in accordance with the Quality policy and the Quality strategy defined with the Management.
- Prepare and assist in audits of notified bodies within the framework of ISO 9001 and 13485 certifications
- Leading Quality review meetings, process reviews, etc. In partnership with other members of the Quality team

REQUIRED PROFILE

You have a scientific background and have professional experience in the field of Quality of our products (cosmetics, chemistry, biocide, food supplements, medical devices)

You are organized, rigorous, dynamic, reactive, with good interpersonal skills and know how to work in a team.
You are fluent in Word, Excel, Power Point, and you master professional English, which allows you to have regular oral and written exchanges.
