Directions for use

During the massage, sit comfortably in a room with a sufficiently high temperature and make sure your hands are warm. Heat a few drops of oil in the palm of your hand and apply it on the baby’s stomach. Doctors recommend spiral movements from the navel to the periphery in a clockwise direction. This movement is especially recommended for relaxation when the baby is agitated and ascends his knees towards the belly. Use at least half an hour after feeding.
