All year round
DGCCRF controls: the announced topics
• Good manufacturing practises: GMP controls will be continued, and a DGCCRF/Industry working group will be set up to consider changes in industrial practices.
• Market Surveillance: ontrols on first marketing, and monitoring of reports and complaints will be reported via a “Market Surveillance” survey.
• Claims : work on claims will continue.
• Product Information File : and, as a result of the findings of a survey on PIFs, a focus will be placed on PIF providers.
In the course of the year
They are expected within the year, with no precise date given:
• A public consultation as part of the “fitness check” of European Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009
• The publication of new ISO standards for determining SPF in vivo
• The adoption by the European Commission of its roadmap to phase out animal testing
• The publication of the “Packaging and Packaging Waste” Regulation
• The revision of the “Sunscreen Products” Recommendation
