Regulation No 895/2014 of 14 August 2014 amends Annexes XIV of REACH regulation (the REACH authorisation list). Nine substances, classified as carcinogenic or toxic for reproduction, are added to the list. Among them: formaldehyde, which will be banned, except specific authorisation, from 22 August 2017.
