On 14 June 2022, the Robertet Group confirmed at the General Assembly its new governance structure, which consists of separating the functions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Jérôme Bruhat, the new Managing Director, will have the threefold mission of consolidating the world leadership position of natural, continuing to grow the company, and modernising its operations.
Philippe Maubert, who has led the company for 28 years, will assume the role of non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and will ensure the continuity of the company’s strategy and values to preserve its independence.
“This appointment is an important event in the evolution of the Robertet Group’s governance and comes in the wake of good results in 2021 and at the beginning of 2022. In an uncertain global context, the Group continues to assert its unique expertise in natural products, its independence and its confidence in the future,” comments the Robertet Group.
