On 19 June 2024, the Board of Directors of the environmental organisation WWF France announced the appointment of Alexandra Palt, former CSR Director of the L’Oréal Group, as its new President.
She left L’Oréal on 1 April this year to “begin a new personal chapter devoted to new projects.”
She is now President of WWF France.
After studying international law, Alexandra Palt began her career in a law firm before working with Amnesty International. She then worked for various organisations specialising in the promotion of diversity, CSR and the fight against precariousness, and became Director of the Promotion of Equality at the Haute Autorité de lutte contre les discriminations et pour l’égalité (HALDE) in 2006.
Between 2012 and 2024, Alexandra Palt held positions of responsibility within the L’Oréal Group, notably as CSR Director and member of the Executive Committee.
