Carole Lajous can look back on a long career. She has managed Cognis France and Laboratoires Serobiologiques (a company producing natural active ingredients for the cosmetics and nutrition sectors). Laboratoires Serobiologiques was acquired by BASF in 2010, and Carole Lajous played a key role in its successful completion.
She subsequently held the position of CEO for various companies.
