Each year, Universum surveys career seekers everywhere in the world, asking which employers they hold in highest regard. In the 2016 edition, business students ranked L'Oréal the 9th most attractive employer (for the first time in the Top 10) and the first of all cosmetics companies. Google and Apple remain of the top of the rankings.
The 'world’s most attractive employers' rankings are compiled from the Universum Talent Surveys, conducted in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Russia, UK, and US. These markets represent 70 percent of the world’s economy. The field period for the data collection was from September 2015 to April 2016.
More than 265,000 business and engineering students ranked the companies they find most desirable for employment.
