LSA has just revealed that an agreement to sell the Sanoflore brand has been reached between L’Oréal, the Ekkio Capital fund and Sergio Calandri, founder of the Inula group. Details of the transaction have not yet been disclosed.
One of L’Oréal’s flagship brands is leaving the Active Cosmetics division. Sanoflore, acquired in 2006, had become the group’s organic cosmetics benchmark.For the moment, no official communication has been issued by the various stakeholders.
Nevertheless, Nicolas Beaugendre (Managing Partner of Ekkio Capital) welcomed the acquisition on his LinkedIn account. His message was “liked” by Sergio Calandri, Sanoflore’s new CEO.
