Arcade Beauty, a French cosmetics sampling specialist, has announced that it is joining the Corporate Climate Convention. The CEC has recruited 150 companies that will begin an eight-month program to align with the requirements of the Paris agreements.
The objective of the CEC is to “provoke an awakening so that manufacturers take their full part in the ecological transition. To operate in a demanding and benevolent approach, centered on the leaders. The transition to a sustainable and desirable world does not only belong to certain companies, but to all sectors in all territories. The CEC’s mission is to bring together a collective that embraces all the diversity that the French economy has to offer.
Thus, 150 companies, representative of the French industrial fabric, have been selected to join an eight-month program. They will participate in six two-day sessions and will be surrounded by scientific experts to help them rethink their internal structure. The goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030, with the imperative of protecting biodiversity and regenerating life.
