Meet Clara, Clarins’ new virtual assistant. The brand has just announced that it has relied on generative artificial intelligence to create a chatbot and thus improve the quality of its after-sales service.
To be able to resolve Internet users’ queries day and night, Clarins has taken the digital gamble. “The chatbot provides immediate answers to their urgent queries when customer service is closed. It also helps to optimize the availability of teams during the day, enabling them to respond quickly to more complex questions that cannot be handled by the conversational bot,” explains the group.
For the moment, Clara is functional on the brand’s American site. Clarins is currently conducting tests with a view to rolling out the solution worldwide.
