Jean-Sébastien Deguette has acquired a hands-on experience of the International in the LVMH group, as the Europe – Middle East Travel Retail Manager for Parfums Christian Dior, then as Mexico LVMH Managing Director. Just prior going to Polaar, he was the Europe-Asia-Middle East Managing Director in the Elizabeth Arden group. Based on his expertise on the international markets, Jean-Sébastien plans to establish the brand as a major actor of the world cosmetic industry, on local markets and on the Travel Retail.
A pioneer brand, expert in polar research, Polaar has the unique scientific knowledge that will allow it for the improving of its market shares on the different continents.
This appointment takes effect in November 2012, and is a complement to the stake in the capital taken by the Seventure Partners investment fund, a fund specialized in financing innovative companies.
